You will receive a link to download your file via email when your purchase is complete. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please contact us. Alternatively, you may log into your account and view your past purchases (My Account > Downloads). From there, you can click on the “Download” button next to the file you’d like to download.
Our mockups are delivered as .zip file that contains both the mockup (.psd file) and a PDF help file. This folder will need to be unzipped (a.k.a. "extracted", or "expanded") before you can open the PSD in Photoshop.
On a Mac: To unzip a compressed folder, locate the file and double click it.
To open the Photoshop file, do one of the following:
- Double click the Photoshop file, or
- Drag and drop the Photoshop file to the Photoshop application icon
On a PC: Do one of the following:
- To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
- To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
All mockups use a Photoshop smart object layer, which means you can simply drag + drop your artwork or screenshot into the smart layer, save it, and it will appear cropped to the correct area. If you are not familiar with Photoshop Smart Objects, we have a free tutorial that will teach you how to use them.

Due to the nature of digital product downloads and the irrevocable access to their content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on photo, mockup, or bundle purchases.
You must be logged into your account to see the “download now” button on products. To download any photo, mockup, or bundle, simply click the “download now” button on the product page. If you are seeing an "add to cart" button, you need to login.
To re-download past purchases or downloads from your Account Dashboard (or the My Account dropdown menu) click on the “Downloads” tab. From there, you can click on any previously downloaded file. Simply click on the “Download” button next to the file you’d like to download.
You will continue to have access to any previously-downloaded files, however you will not be able to download any new files, nor have access to any members-only content.

To update your account information (such as email address, billing address, or password) please login to your account and visit your Profile (My Account > Profile) or click on the Profile tab from your Account Dashboard.
To update your billing method please login to your account and visit your Payment Methods (My Account > Payment Method) or click on the Payment Method tab from your Account Dashboard.
